These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, digital energy estimator tools, and technical service requests for residential and commercial solar photovoltaic (PV) and electrical solutions across the Philippines.

Solar Spartz is a value-added Solar photovoltaic (PV) installation and electrical services provider, delivering clean energy solutions to residential and commercial clients. From site assessment and system design to installation, Solar Spartz empowers property owners to lower their electricity costs, gain energy independence, and reduce their carbon footprint.
2Online Estimations & Engineering Site Survey
Calculations, kilowatt-peak (kWp) ratings, and savings estimates generated through our website calculator are provided solely for initial evaluation and preliminary sizing.
Engineering Notice:
Final solar array sizing, structural mounting design, and binding contract costs are formalized following an on-site technical inspection and assessment conducted by a Solar Spartz licensed electrical practitioner. Website figures do not constitute a unilateral binding contract until verified and signed in a formal installation agreement.
3Turnkey Pricing & Payment Terms
Published system packages represent transparent, all-in turnkey pricing without hidden markups. Solar Spartz maintains straightforward commercial terms:
- Accepted payment methods are Cash and Direct Bank Transfer.
- Contract milestone payments are scheduled and agreed upon prior to equipment procurement and site installation.
- We do not offer in-house loan schemes or bloated long-term financing interest charges.
4Comprehensive 10-5-1 Years Warranty
Standard Solar Spartz turnkey installations include our clear 10-5-1 years of warranty:
Product and power output performance warranty
Smart hybrid inverters and LiFePO4 battery storage
Installation workmanship and mounting integrity
Warranty terms apply to systems operating under standard manufacturer operating conditions and free from unauthorized third-party modifications or electrical tampering.
5Client Responsibilities & Site Access
Clients agree to grant reasonable access to the premises, rooftop, electrical service entrance, and distribution panels for scheduled site surveys and physical installation. Any pre-existing structural roofing concerns or electrical non-compliances will be identified by our licensed team prior to commencing work.
6Intellectual Property
All proprietary content on this website — including text, brand assets, logos, design schematics, sizing calculators, and project photography — is the property of Solar Spartz Industries Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
7Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual matters arising from our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive venue of the competent courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila.
